The multi- award winning 12 month online training programme designed to overcome the daily behaviour and engagement challenges for pupils in the primary setting.
InvestED helps devoted Headteachers, who understand the correlation of Mental Health and Behaviour in their school, to train the teaching team to feel confident and calm in the delivery of exceptional strategies that advance engagement, focus and concentration for ultimate learning breakthroughs.
When experiencing and completing our training:
The Teachers experience in education transforms. The team go into school each day feeling clear, confident and able to clock warning signs of stress amongst their class and know what suitable ways they can support the pupil.

The Children begin to self regulate themselves in challenging moments and start to embrace the approach so every day language is used to support and engage other learners.
The Head Teachers experience a motivated team that feel more energised because they have more time to focus on learning than management.
In the moments where unexpected accidents or stresses occur, the mastery of the work comes into play, as children regulate themselves and respond to teachers supporting them, as they are familiar and safe with the strategies. Allowing what would have been high stress level incidents, into managed and easier experiences.
Pupil's openly ask questions, share worries and concerns, knowing that their voice is important and the teachers can, and will, help them. Having comfort in knowing that they can pull on a range of tools and resources from the Pit Stop Education programme.

All staff members are invited to attend any of our live Q&A sessions held each month via Zoom. The InvestED team are specialists in supporting individuals and teams to learn how to spot the negative cycles, the drains and the hindrances in behaviour, learning and teaching to evoke, transformative and thoroughly inspiring results for the schools involved.
